"Today is the First Day for the Rest of Our Life!"
There are always crossroads in our lives. Times when we make choices, or decisions that will affect "The Rest of Our Life." This is my mantra, my calling or, in the words of Oprah, my "A-Ha Moment."
You see, in our 20's we are invincible, in our 30's we begin to find our way, 40's we settle in and now at 50, well at 50....how do I say this...Well, things change, we begin to realize that our warranties are wearing out and the preventative maintenance programs increase.
We realize our own mortality and we are faced in taking a good hard look at where we have been, what we have done and where do we go from here. The choices we make will affect "The Rest of Our Life!"
Fear not dear friends, you are not alone. I have created this site for that very purpose, to have a place to gain knowledge, share knowledge, empower ourself to make informed decisions that will affect "The Rest of Our Life!"
"The Rest of Our Life" site is meant to be a forum used to create interest, stimulate dialogues and develop a library of resources shared through our personal experiences, strengths and hopes. Our Body, Mind and Spirit, are important components in this timeline of our walk. Let's face it, the averages of living another 50 years is not in any of our favor. What do we do, where do we go, how do we get there? These are the questions we are faced when we take a look at "The Rest of Our Life!"

I have no previous experience in any fields of web-site design or implementation; however, I created this on my own out of sheer motivation and self-inspiration to make this dream come true. So I thank you for the amount of growth I have already gained!
